Resumè:

Mainly self taught, working as a professional artist for ten years, clients have described Linda’s  work  as being influenced by  the French Impressionists. She is certainly inspired by French architecture and light. As well as around her home & studio in North Norfolk.

Travelling widely to undertake commissions  for commercial and private clients, Linda will also work on exclusive site-specific designs for brochures, greeting, postcards and notebooks. Unique Christmas Card Designs are a speciality. Linda’s work is for sale in galleries around Britain, along with her  cards, prints and notebooks  “Le Boulevard” Hotel in Marseillan, Languedoc, France now has a permanent exhibition.

Linda takes structured  art courses in drawing, watercolour & Oils, in the U.K. and France.  She will also  tailor make courses and workshops for individuals and groups in Norfolk  or will travel to your venue. Her  teaching is based  on building confidence and having fun, as well as passing on her knowledge of the technical side of drawing, painting and materials.
Linda demonstrated her  painting  and teaching skills for Visit -Norfolk at Art Materials Live at The NEC Birmingham  in November 2006, and is taking a stand to promote her own courses this year.

Linda’s “Teach Your Staff to Relax & Increase their Observational Skills through Watercolour”  is an excellent “away day” for corporate groups.  Her Latest television appearance was painting Cromer Pier in Oils on a cold November Day for Anglia T.V. for “Coastal Inspirations”

Linda has recently been asked to undertake a series of lectures to other professional Artists, regarding planning, promoting and conducting art courses, for Norfolk Arts Partnership.
